Front Office Executive
Job Purpose
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the department while delivering a smooth and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure. This role manages the total front office operation from check-in and check-out processes, guest inquiries, billing accuracy, and coordination with other departments to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the gravity of a smooth operation of the Front Office Department
- Plan and Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Ensure correct room allocation, billing, postings, and documentation in the PMS
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and follow internal control procedures
- Maintain Front Office SOPs, service standards, and brand guidelines
- Manging other team members and rostering
- Support upselling initiatives for rooms and services
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or related field
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems
- Good grooming standards and professional appearance
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
