Guest Relations Executive
Job Purpose
The Guest Relations Executive focuses on enhancing guest satisfaction through personalized service, proactive engagement, and effective service recovery. This role manages VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasions, ensuring memorable experiences and strong guest loyalty.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Experience in Guest Relations or Front Office preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong guest-handling and service recovery abilities
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
