Front Office & Guest Relations Officer
Job Purpose
The Front Office & Guest Relations role ensures a warm first impression for all guests by welcoming, assisting, and guiding them within the resort. This position supports Front Office by handling daily operational duties as well as Guest Relations duties as a task of during shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with directions and basic inquiries
- Manage lobby guest flow during busy periods
- Maintaining a professional and good reputation with guests
- Support Front Desk and Guest Relations teams as required
- Ensure lobby presentation and cleanliness standards
- Maintain professional grooming and courteous guest interaction
Requirements
- Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
- Prior hospitality or guest-facing experience preferred
- Good grooming and presentation standards
- Good computer literacy skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
