One of our prestigious clients is seeking Business Analysts (Finance & Compliance) to support data-driven decision-making, financial analysis, and compliance-related initiatives.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze financial and compliance data to support business decisions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Assist in compliance monitoring and risk assessment activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives in finance and compliance functions.
• Work closely with finance, audit, and compliance teams.
• Document business requirements and analytical findings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or compliance roles.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Good understanding of financial controls and compliance frameworks.
