Job Purpose
Housekeeping Associates ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, contributing directly to guest comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned rooms or public areas
- Follow housekeeping SOPs and safety procedures
- Report maintenance defects and lost-and-found items
- Handle guest requests courteously and professionally
- Maintain grooming and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Positive attitude and team spirit
