Job Purpose

Housekeeping Associates ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, contributing directly to guest comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned rooms or public areas
• Follow housekeeping SOPs and safety procedures
• Report maintenance defects and lost-and-found items
• Handle guest requests courteously and professionally
• Maintain grooming and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Positive attitude and team spirit
