Accountant
Job Purpose
The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support the resort’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies
- Monitor cost controls and financial accuracy
- Monitor property compliances
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (CA / ACCA partly or fully qualified preferred)
- Hotel finance experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Sound knowladge in costing and cost controlling
