Accountant

Job Purpose

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support the resort’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies
• Monitor cost controls and financial accuracy
• Monitor property compliances

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (CA / ACCA partly or fully qualified preferred)
• Hotel finance experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Sound knowladge in costing and cost controlling
