Reservations Executive

Job Purpose

The Reservations Executive manages room reservations and supports revenue optimization strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Maintain rate loading and availability on PMS and OTAs
  • Support upselling and yield management initiatives
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Sales for group bookings
  • Prepare reservation and revenue reports

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Revenue Management
  • Experience in reservations or revenue preferred
  • Knowledge of PMS and OTA systems
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
