Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support – Associate to provide first-level technical support to internal users. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system, email, and connectivity issues
- Assist in user account management (password resets, access rights, email setup)
- Support Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and common business applications
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets
- Assist in system updates, backups, and basic network maintenance
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, etc.)
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
