Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and oversee technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC) while ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and drive sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Track project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
• Implement best practices for IT governance, security, and compliance.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Asana.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
• Flexibility in working in US hours
