About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Mobile App Engineer to own and evolve the mobile experience for our HRIS platform. You'll build and maintain our React Native app — giving HR teams and employees on-the-go access to modules like time-off, payroll, attendance tracking, and more.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain our mobile app using React Native.
• Own the full release cycle — building, testing, publishing, and maintaining apps on both the App Store and Play Store.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to ensure a consistent experience across mobile and web.
• Optimize for performance, reliability, and smooth UX across devices.
• Implement push notifications, offline support, and mobile-specific workflows.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of mobile development experience with strong React Native proficiency.
• Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps on both App Store and Play Store.
• Solid understanding of mobile CI/CD, app signing, versioning, and release management.
• Good eye for mobile UX and performance optimization.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React and NestJS (our web stack).
• Familiarity with HRIS or HR-related applications.
• Experience with background tasks, biometric auth, or deep linking in React Native.
