One of our reputed clients in the Hospitality & Catering Industry in Saudi Arabia is urgently hiring experienced Chef De Parties – Continental Cuisine to join their professional kitchen team. Candidates must have strong knowledge of continental menu preparation and kitchen coordination.

SALARY: SAR 3,000 – 3,500

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook continental dishes according to menu standards.
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen efficiently.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
• Supervise commis chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Chef De Partie (Continental).
• Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and food presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Culinary qualification is an advantage.
