Junior/Trainee Executive - Technical Support Operations (Electronic)

Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on technical individual with a background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering to join our team. This role mainly focuses on repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Android POS devices, along with inventory handling and technical record keeping. This position is ideal for candidates with practical experience in electronic hardware repair, rather than IT or networking roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair faults in Android POS devices (hardware & basic software issues).
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and replacements when required.
• Handle device testing, quality checking, and fault verification.
• Manage POS device inventory (issuing, receiving, tracking stock).
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts usage, and device status.
• Monitor basic device parameters (battery, charging issues, connectivity issues).
• Assist in device setup, configuration, and preparation for deployment.
• Coordinate with internal teams for repair, replacement, and stock movement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• HNDE / NDT (Electrical & Electronic) or NVQ Level 6 in Electronics or a related field.
• Good understanding of electronic circuits and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience in repairing electronic devices (POS, mobile phones, or similar).
• Ability to use basic tools (multimeter, soldering tools, etc.).
• Basic understanding of Android devices (NOT software development or networking).
• Good record-keeping and inventory management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle hands-on technical tasks.
