One of our reputed clients in the Retail & E-Commerce Sector in Kuwait is urgently hiring Pickers to support order preparation and warehouse/store operations. Candidates must be active, responsible, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY: KWD 90 + OT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and process customer orders through the company system.
• Pick correct products from shelves based on item details, quantity, and quality standards.
• Check product expiry dates and overall condition before packing.
• Pack orders carefully to avoid damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Hand over completed orders to delivery riders within the assigned time.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the picking and packing area.
• Report out-of-stock items, damaged goods, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum basic education (ability to read and write English preferred).
• Previous experience in picking, warehouse, supermarket, or grocery operations is an advantage.
• Ability to use handheld devices or mobile applications.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet order deadlines.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• 8 hours duty per day.
• Overtime available as per Kuwait labor law.
• Shift-based duty, including weekends and public holidays.
• Indoor work environment (store or warehouse).
