WE’RE HIRING Product Manager / Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for medical products, laboratory items, surgical consumables, and pharmaceuticals
• Execute corporate sales strategies and programs
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
• Maintain and manage the customer database
• Formulate category targets based on market growth, potential, and new product innovations
• Ensure effective communication with principals regarding partnership strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Marketing, Biology, Biotechnology, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a degree OR 5 years of experience in the Healthcare / Manufacturing industry
• IT literacy and strong data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve targets
• Valid driving license
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
