Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns specifically on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads platforms.
You will work closely with the Social Media team to execute performance driven campaigns across multiple brands. This role requires someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, who understands campaign structures, targeting strategies, and performance optimization techniques.
This position is ideal for a results oriented individual who has a keen eye for data, enjoys testing and scaling campaigns, and is passionate about maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), leads, sales, and overall campaign performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, structure, and execute high performing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok aligned with brand and performance objectives.
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data driven optimizations to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Creative & Ad Copy Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Social Media and Design teams to develop, test, and scale high converting ad creatives.
Audience Targeting & Research
- Conduct strategic audience research and implement advanced targeting and retargeting strategies to maximize conversions.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage and optimize ad budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI across multiple brands.
Reporting & Insights
- Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable performance reports with clear growth recommendations.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of paid media campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies.
- Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Results driven mindset with a strong focus on maximizing ROI and campaign efficiency.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to stay updated with digital advertising trends and platform updates.
