Voxal is a design-led digital agency working with premium wellness, aesthetics, and luxury brands across the US. We craft elevated, high-end digital experiences — and we’re looking for a detail-driven Webflow Developer to join our growing remote team.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about clean structure, responsive builds, and polished execution. We’re not looking for someone who just follows instructions — we want someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, and contributes to building exceptional work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translating Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow builds
• Working closely with UI/UX designers to ensure pixel-accurate execution
• Building structured layouts using Relume components and custom systems
• Managing CMS collections and dynamic content across multiple live projects
• Optimizing for performance, responsiveness, and scalability
• Conducting QA checks to ensure consistency across devices and breakpoints
• Supporting ongoing enhancements and feature implementations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience building responsive websites in Webflow
• Solid understanding of layout systems, spacing, and clean structure
• Confidence working with Relume and Figma files
• Strong HTML and CSS knowledge (JS and PHP are a plus)
• Experience with responsive design and performance optimization
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate in a remote team
• High attention to detail and pride in clean, organized builds
