Job Role:

The Account Manager - Oil and Gas plays a critical role in driving growth within Indonesia's Energy and Public Sector, especially to establish, develop, and manage relationships with Pertamina and its subsidiaries.

This position is responsible for achieving ambitious sales, revenue, and market share targets by proactively managing the relationship with Pertamina and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on building trust-based partnerships with C-level stakeholders, identifying digital transformation opportunities, and managing end-to-end project operations to secure successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with Pertamina and its subsidiaries
  • Engage with C-level executives and high-level decision-makers to position the company as a strategic technology partner
  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, collection, and market share targets
  • Tailor ICT solutions to meet specific business and technological needs of the energy sector
  • Lead end-to-end project operations: opportunity identification, bidding, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and manages risks
  • Promote core enterprise ICT solutions, including storage, computing, campus networks, and collaboration tools
  • Identify cross-industry opportunities within energy, transportation, and manufacturing sectors to support digital transformation goals
  • Manage customer expectations and align solutions to their digital transformation strategy

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related IT disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales and Account Management, including at least 5 years managing Energy or Oil & Gas accounts (e.g., Pertamina and subsidiaries)
  • Proven track record in complex sales project operations: bidding, contracting, and delivery oversight
  • Strong ability to influence C-level and high-level decision-makers
  • Hands-on experience selling ICT products and solutions for Energy or Oil & Gas enterprises
  • Deep understanding of industrial digitalization, IT-OT integration, and multi-vendor solution ecosystems
  • Fast learner, adaptable, team player, highly target-oriented, with strong analytical skills
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
