Colombo, Sri LankaLKR 80,000 - 80,000/monthOne of our reputed clients in the ISP / Telecommunications industry is looking for experienced and technically strong Senior Technical Support Executives to manage advanced troubleshooting and technical escalations related to ISP services.
SALARY: LKR 80,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound technical support calls from international customers.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced internet connectivity issues.
- Configure routers and resolve IP/DNS-related problems.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Manage technical escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Support junior team members when required.
- Maintain high-quality resolution standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4+ years’ experience in ISP / Telecom / Network Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP, Router & Modem configuration, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and Network Diagnostics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Clear and confident communication with international clients.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
- Professional call handling skills.
- Must be flexible to work rotational shifts aligned with Canadian EST.
WORKING HOURS:
Rotational shifts aligned with Canadian EST:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM SLT)
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST (1:30 AM – 10:30 AM SLT)
