We’re looking for:
- Professional Qualification in HRM from a recognized institute, or a Bachelor’s Degree in HRM / Business Administration (will be an advantage).
- 2 - 4 years of experiencein HR operations, branch HR, or HR generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, reporting, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high confidentiality standards.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple HR activities simultaneously.
- A proactive, structured, and people-focused professional mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort working with systems and reports.
What You'll Do:
- Represent the Human Resources function as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) at branch level and supporting day-to-day HR operations and management needs.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including CV shortlisting, interview support, inductions, and probation reviews.
- Manage employee lifecycle coordination including attendance, leave, overtime, reporting, exits, and HR documentation.
- Prepare and submit monthly HR reports, organization updates, and audit/ISO-related records.
- Coordinate training needs, nominations, branch training logistics, and training budget tracking.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, staff welfare activities, and HR communications at facility level.
- Assist branch managementwith disciplinary coordination, safety awareness activities, and policy implementation.
- Act as the key liaisonbetween the branch and Head Office HR for approvals, reporting, and process alignment.
