Twist Digital is hiring a driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base across Australia, Sri Lanka, and Europe. You’ll convert inbound leads, actively generate new opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle with strong professionalism and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
• Proactively source new leads (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach)
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing → handover.
• Conduct client meetings (online/in-person), present solutions clearly, and handle objections confidently.
• Maintain a clean pipeline with consistent follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and a strong client experience.

Tracking, Reporting & Confidentiality

• Absolute confidentiality is required for all internal discussions, client details, pricing, and company operations.
• 100% activity tracking: All calls, messages, meetings, and follow-ups must be logged in detail (CRM/trackers) with clear notes and next steps.
• Provide weekly updates on lead status, pipeline health, conversions, and challenges.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B preferred).
• Strong English communication and relationship-building skills (Sinhala/Tamil is a plus depending on market).
• Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and structured reporting.
• Confidence in pitching services, negotiating, and closing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Project Management tools.
• Ability to work with different time zones when needed (especially AU/EU).
