As a Sales & Marketing - Intern, you will support the sales operations by handling inbound student enquiries and assisting with lead qualification and appointment setting.
You will be the first real human interaction a student has with Prosper. Under guidance and coaching, you’ll learn how to ask the right questions, understand student intent, assess readiness, and book qualified appointments with counsellors.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real sales conversations and is willing to learn fast, take feedback seriously, and work with discipline.
What You Will Do
- Engage inbound student leads who have already expressed interest via calls and WhatsApp.
- Assist in qualification conversations by asking thoughtful questions about background, goals, and timelines.
- Collect and update key student information accurately in the CRM.
- Assess basic readiness and support booking appointments with the appropriate counsellor.
- Follow up with students to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records, notes, and lead statuses.
- Support the team in meeting daily and weekly qualification and booking targets.

- This is a fully on-site role in Colombo, allowing real-time coaching, call reviews, and close teamwork.
