We are seeking a disciplined and creative Content Creator to support our high-volume digital content strategy across multiple social media platforms.

This role focuses on transforming professionally recorded video content into polished, platform-ready outputs suitable for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video recordings into clean, engaging, professional-quality content
• Add accurate and well-timed captions in both Sinhala and English
• Optimise videos for multiple formats, including: Vertical (mobile-first / short-form platforms) Square (cross-platform distribution) Horizontal (YouTube and desktop viewing)
• Ensure strong visual and audio quality, including pacing, transitions, clarity, and consistency
• Prepare final exports suitable for publishing across all major digital platforms
• Apply feedback and revisions efficiently to maintain high content standards
• Maintain organised project files and version control

Candidate Profile

• Understand platform-specific content formats and mobile-first consumption
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and presentation quality

Basic mobile video shooting skills will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
