• Leadprojectteamsand oversee all testing activities from initiation to delivery.
• Participate and lead status calls, Scrum meetings, and client discussions.
• PrepareandshareDSRs&WSRswithstakeholders.
• Develop,implement, and maintain strong testing strategies and processes.
• Createtest plans, estimates, strategies, requirements analysis, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Executetest cases, log defects using tracking tools, and ensure closure through the STLC process.
• Hands-onexperience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM).
• Workingknowledge ofautomation tools (Selenium, Playwright).
•  StrongAPItesting experience (Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI).
•  Monitorandreport onSLAstoensure performanceand availability standards.
•  Contributeas bothan individual contributor and a team leader.
•  Manageresourcesforon-time product delivery.
•  Identify and mitigate risks during all phases of testing.
•  Coordinatewith junior team members whenrequired.
•  Meetperformancemetrics in client service, quality, risk management, and solution development.

�Skills & Qualifications

• 6+yearsofexperience in Quality Engineering.
• Experiencein non-financial domains: Consumer Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, Media, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, etc.
• Strongcommunication and articulation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strongtechnical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work bothindependently and in a team environment.
