Role Overview

We are urgently looking for Data Scientist and Data Engineer Architect level professionals with strong AI, data engineering, and scalable solution deployment experience. Candidates should have 8–10 years of IT experience and the ability to work in fast paced environments while collaborating ,effectively with offshore and UK-based teams.

Key Technical Skills

• Strong Python programming with clean coding best practices.
• Experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django frameworks.
• Containerisation and orchestration tools experience.
• LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Data processing using Pandas, NumPy, SQL, ideally PySpark.
• Cloud exposure, preferably Azure and Databricks.
• CI/CD pipelines and GenAI/LLM production deployment.

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 8–10 years of overall IT experience including data science, ML, AI engineering, or software engineering.
• Experience with large datasets and distributed computing (Spark or similar).
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable production solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for analytics and automation.
• Analyze data to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Design solutions to improve financial service operations.
• Maintain data pipelines and support real-time analytics.
• Enhance risk assessment and fraud detection using ML.
• Communicate insights via dashboards and reports.

Additional Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong statistics, probability, and optimization knowledge.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Financial services domain experience is a plus
