Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international education agents and partner networks.
• Advise and support agents on student selection, application guidance, and compliance processes.
• Monitor agent performance and provide training or guidance to ensure quality student referrals.
• Coordinate with internal operations and admissions teams to process agent-referred student applications efficiently.
• Track metrics for agent referrals, conversions, and outcomes; report insights to senior management.
• Support end-to-end student counselling where needed, especially for complex cases.

Must-haves

• 3+ years’ experience working with or through international education agents.
• Proven track record managing agent networks and converting referrals into successful student placements.
• Knowledge of major study destinations and admission/visa processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
