One of our reputed clients is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Heads to lead regional sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand the client base. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong business development expertise, team management capabilities, and in-depth understanding of sales strategy and compliance frameworks.

SALARY: LKR 340,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual regional sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Sri Lanka market.
• Prospect and generate leads through multiple channels.
• Conduct high-level sales presentations and negotiate high-value deals.
• Expand the client base and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Monitor and track regional sales KPIs and performance metrics.
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze competitor activities and market trends.
• Develop pricing models and revenue strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive productivity improvements.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of regional sales staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in Sri Lanka.
• Oversee contracts, documentation, and regulatory filings.
• Optimize regional operations and improve cost efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Submit periodic sales and performance reports to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in recruitment or service industry.
• Proven track record of achieving high revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of the Sri Lankan market and regulatory environment preferred.
• Japanese language proficiency with N3 certification will be considered an added advantage.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
