• To plan, monitor, and control all logistics and dispatch operations for the import/export of raw materials and finished goods across all business lines by managing loading/unloading, ensuring stock accuracy, coordinating material movement, maintaining godown equipment, and implementing safety and 5S standards for efficient and timely delivery.
• knowledge inventory management - Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of textiles; manage stock accuracy, inventory records, and conduct regular stock takes.
• handling raw material & finished goods
• Supplier Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, monitoring performance, and negotiating, where necessary.
• having good understanding of all logistics providers & carriers,
• good understanding of the customs, and environmental regulations governing textile storage and handling.
• Safety and Operational Standards

Qualifications:

• English Speaking is a must
• Have worked in Warehouse Textiles/garment/retails business for 15-20 years
• Proficiency in tools like Excel (advanced features like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Knowledge of SAP.
