One of our reputed clients is seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals for the position of Analysts – Personal Finance (Paraplanning) to support Australian Financial Advisers. The role involves preparing compliant, technically accurate financial planning documents and research outputs while maintaining high quality standards, turnaround times, and strict client confidentiality.

SALARY: LKR 75,000 – 100,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare compliant and technically accurate financial planning documents.
• Assist Australian Financial Advisers with research and financial analysis.
• Conduct financial product comparisons and strategy research.
• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOA) and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.
• Maintain high accuracy, quality, and turnaround times.
• Handle confidential client financial information with discretion.
• Support advisers with portfolio reviews and financial modelling tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in paraplanning, financial planning support, or finance-related roles will be an advantage.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent written English skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of financial concepts, investments, and superannuation (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
