Job Role:
The Executive Assistant to CEO serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting corporate priorities and executive decision-making. This role acts as a bridge between the CEO, the Board of Directors, China Headquarters, and internal business units. The ideal candidate functions as a high-level liaison, translating the CEO’s vision into actionable plans while ensuring cross-departmental alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate CEO directives into actionable plans and monitor progress.
- Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and strategic reports.
- Conduct business analysis on financial performance, operations, and market intelligence.
- Facilitate executive communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Act as liaison between CEO, Board, China HQ, and internal business units.
- Represent CEO in meetings when delegated.
- Manage CEO’s calendar and prioritize strategic meetings.
- Prepare briefs, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information.
- Support corporate restructuring, expansion, and special projects.
- Ensure governance documentation and executive correspondence meet corporate standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Literature, or related field.
- At least 8 years’ experience in CEO Office or as Executive Assistant to C-level in large, multi-entity, or multinational corporations, including board-level reporting and executive decision support.
- High financial literacy, strong analytical capability, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Proficiency in data analysis and executive presentation tools.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English for cross-border coordination.
- Strong leadership presence, stakeholder management, high integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced executive environment.
