This is not a social media role. This is a performance and conversion role.

Your mission is simple:

Own CAC. Reduce CAC. Scale revenue profitably.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has minimum 3 years of hands on experience in performance marketing.
• Thinks in funnels, not posts.
• Understands CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period.
• Is deeply data driven.
• Knows how to scale winning campaigns and cut losses fast.
• Understands conversion rate optimization, not just traffic generation.

You will own:

• End to end paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other growth channels.
• Continuous optimization to reduce cost per acquisition.
• A B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Conversion rate optimization across landing pages and funnels
• Budget allocation and scaling strategy
• Weekly reporting on CAC, conversion rate, and ROI
