We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience with SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush).
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all digital channels.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategy and performance, ensuring top search engine rankings.
- Drive content marketing efforts including blog posts, email newsletters, video content, and social media.
- Analyze web traffic metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure ROI on all digital campaigns.
- Lead marketing automation initiatives and manage CRM tools for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to create effective campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
