Who we are looking for

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, or Electronics).
• Sharp troubleshooting instincts (We value logic over just memory).
• Strong communication skills—ability to explain a "fix" clearly.
• Energetic & Field-ready (Age < 30).
• Dual-Purpose Driving License is a major plus!
