Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end RCM operations of assigned client groups, ensuring optimal performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage RCM staff, setting performance targets and ensuring productivity standards are met.
- Independently drive RCM strategies including root-cause analysis, KPI improvement and Quality enhancement.
- Evaluate workflows to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and consolidate performance metrics across client accounts and internal teams, delivering structured reports and actionable insights to leadership.
- Lead continuous development initiatives and maintain accountability across the board
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 5 years of RCM experience, with at least 2 years in an assistant manager or above level
- Comprehensive expertise across all RCM functions (Verifications, Billing, Posting, A/R etc.)
- Proven track record of leading multiple teams and clients
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Experience working with multiple specialties, RCM systems and setups
- Ability to work according to the US business hours, 8am to 5pm CST (Night shift) - Required.
