Job Role:

The Senior Recruiter is a high-impact role responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy to support the company’s rapid expansion. Reporting directly to the HRM, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from identifying departmental needs to successful onboarding. You will act as a strategic talent advisor to department heads, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top-tier professionals who align with the brand's innovative and high-energy culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Corporate Support roles.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, headhunting, and local portals to attract active and passive candidates; maintain sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HRM and department heads on job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring decisions; provide data-driven updates.
  • Interview & Selection: Lead interview processes, assess candidates professionally, and facilitate selection meetings for high-quality hires.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Promote employer brand through recruitment marketing, career fairs, and university activations; ensure a smooth, premium candidate experience.
  • Offer & Negotiation: Manage offer processes, including compensation benchmarking and contract preparation.
  • Recruitment Analytics & Operations: Track metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire) and optimize processes; coordinate onboarding with HR.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or fast-paced tech; experience in senior/lead roles handling high-volume and executive hiring.
  • Technical Skills: Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS; proficient in behavioral (STAR) and competency-based interviews.
  • Language: Professional business fluency in English.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication and negotiation skills, highly organized, resilient, target-driven, and well-networked in the Indonesian tech and consumer electronics market.
