One of our reputed clients in Qatar is recruiting experienced Professional Chefs for bakery and restaurant division operating under a multi-sector group to lead kitchen operations and bakery production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and supervise production of bakery goods, breads, pastries and restaurant menu items.
• Maintain consistent product quality, taste and presentation.
• Develop recipes, control portions and manage costing where required.
• Supervise and train kitchen and bakery staff; maintain rotas and attendance.
• Ensure strict food safety, hygiene and storage procedures.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies and minimise wastage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Chef in bakery and/or restaurant kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of bakery production techniques and commercial kitchen operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
• Culinary qualification is an advantage.
