SALARY: LKR 45,000 + Commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers in selecting perfumes and fragrance products.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and fragrance recommendations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store revenue.
• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation standards.
• Handle billing and ensure accurate cash transactions.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in perfume or fragrance sales preferred.
• Retail sales experience will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven personality with target-oriented mindset.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours.
