We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager – Immunology to drive the sales and market expansion of immunology-related diagnostic instruments. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales background in medical or diagnostic equipment, and the ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s presence in the immunology diagnostics market.
  • Identify and approach new clients including hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for laboratory professionals and clinicians.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the diagnostic sector.
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) or a related life science field.
  • Prior laboratory experience or experience in selling immunology/diagnostic instruments is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic laboratory operations and immunology testing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
