Our client, an innovative technology company delivering smart digital solutions that help businesses streamline operations and accelerate growth, is on the lookout for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and expand market presence.

Business Development Manager

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and win new business opportunities in system integration, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation projects.
  • Identify and target potential customers in key industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored system integration solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
  • Present IT solutions in an easy-to-understand and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting sales targets.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Degree in Marketing or Sales or Administration +MBA/MSC
  • SLIM/CIM completed.
