Business Development Manager
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and win new business opportunities in system integration, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation projects.
- Identify and target potential customers in key industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored system integration solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
- Present IT solutions in an easy-to-understand and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting sales targets.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Degree in Marketing or Sales or Administration +MBA/MSC
- SLIM/CIM completed.
