One of our reputed international clients in the Construction Technology (SaaS) industry is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to support their growing global sales operations. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and cold calling.
The ideal candidates should be energetic sales professionals who can confidently engage with international clients and contribute to business expansion.
SALARY: Negotiable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client pipeline.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and industry developments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Strong ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
- Extensive cold calling experience is required.
- Flexibility to work according to the U.S. holiday calendar.
- Previous experience in Construction SaaS or Vertical SaaS companies will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a remote or international business environment.
