Job Profile:
Requirements:
- Develop and manage structured sales forecasting processes in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
- Translate customer sales pipelines into monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts.
- Convert sales forecasts into product and category demand plans to support procurement and inventory planning.
- Maintain rolling 12-month demand forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy through variance analysis.
- Identify demand trends, seasonality, and demand drivers using historical sales data and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between forecasts and purchasing plans.
- Provide visibility on upcoming demand changes, risks, and opportunities to support business planning.
- Develop forecast reports, analytical dashboards, and demand planning tools to improve forecasting accuracy and decision-making.
• A Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance,
Economics, or a related field, with
professional qualifications considered an advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales planning, demand planning, commercial planning, or business forecasting.
- Experience working closely with sales teams manage forecasting and demand planning processes.
- Experience in distribution, trading, manufacturing, or supply chain-driven organizations will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to analyse sales pipelines and translate them into accurate demand forecasts.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
