About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across our Social Media and Production teams. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering digital campaigns, social media content, and creative production projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
The Project Manager will work closely with social media strategists, designers, videographers, editors, and clients to ensure all deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with campaign objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Project Management
- Plan and manage timelines for social media campaigns, content calendars, and client deliverables
- Coordinate with social media strategists, designers, and content creators to ensure timely execution
- Track campaign progress and ensure all scheduled content is delivered on time
- Manage approvals, revisions, and publishing schedules
Production Project Coordination
- Manage production timelines for photo shoots, video shoots, and creative content development
- Coordinate between videographers, editors, designers, and creative teams
- Ensure production tasks align with campaign objectives and deadlines
- Track progress from pre-production to final delivery
Client Communication
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Communicate campaign timelines, production schedules, and deliverables clearly
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients
- Schedule meetings, project reviews, and feedback sessions
Project Planning & Documentation
- Develop project plans, timelines, and task breakdowns
- Document meeting minutes, action items, and project updates
- Ensure project scope, deliverables, and expectations are clearly defined
- Maintain organized documentation for campaigns and production work
Quality & Delivery
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Identify potential delays or risks and escalate when necessary
- Ensure final content (social media posts, videos, creatives) is delivered as scheduled
- Coordinate approvals before publishing or final delivery
Internal Team Coordination
- Work closely with social media managers, designers, videographers, editors, and strategists
- Manage workload distribution across social media and production teams
- Ensure smooth collaboration between creative, strategy, and production teams
- Support leadership with reporting and operational tasks when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Media, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or creative production
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and production projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of social media marketing and digital campaign workflows
- Experience managing creative production projects such as photo and video shoots
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to prepare campaign reports, summaries, and project documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional client communication
