One of our reputed international clients is seeking skilled Test Automation Engineers to join their growing engineering team. The role involves designing and maintaining test frameworks, executing automation and manual testing, and ensuring the quality and reliability of desktop, browser-based, and API applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automation test cases for desktop applications, browser-based applications, and APIs.
• Execute automated test suites and testing procedures.
• Understand business requirements and create test strategies with requirement traceability.
• Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to define QA needs and prepare QA test plans.
• Perform Acceptance, Regression, System, Functional, and Integration testing.
• Conduct basic performance testing where required.
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and document issues in tracking systems.
• Monitor bug resolution progress and ensure product quality before release.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in manual testing with exposure to automation testing.
• Experience working with Python-based automation frameworks (Pytest).
• Exposure to Android testing environments.
• Good knowledge of Python programming will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience working with Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub version control systems.
• Experience testing embedded devices will be beneficial.
• Exposure to both Windows and Linux platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
