We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – .NET to lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, leadership skills, and experience managing development teams while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in designing and developing .NET applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
• Review code, ensure coding standards, and maintain high-quality software development practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in system architecture and technical design decisions.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Guide the team in implementing best practices, development standards, and new technologies.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core.
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
• Experience with Azure / Cloud services is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Angular / React.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
