We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Supervisor join our Finance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing payment processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting smooth coordination between centers and the Head Office.
Location : Peliyagoda, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities
- Handle payments, including cheque processing and online transactions
- Coordinate and follow up with centers on payment-related matters
- Perform bank reconciliations and other related account reconciliations
- Ensure accurate accounting entries and timely postings in the ERP system
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and Word)
- Experience in operating bank portals for processing payments will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Full qualification in AAT
- Part qualification in CA / CMA / CIMA / ACC
