Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute long-term business development strategies across multiple SBUs
- Identify, evaluate, and unlock new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Drive high-value negotiations and close strategic deals
- Align sales and marketing strategies with performance metrics and revenue goals
- Oversee operational performance, KPIs, and P&L across business units
- Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to build a high-performance culture
- Drive product innovation by integrating emerging technologies and customer insights
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation)
Requirements:
- Strong strategic leadership and people management skills
- Proven experience in business development and revenue growth
- Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Technology-aware mindset with exposure to AI, cloud, and digital transformation
- Ability to think strategically while executing effectively at an operational level
