Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Services Executive to assist with the current operational requirements in our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with customers, handling service-related inquiries, and supporting internal processes to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and professional responses.
  • Support the Customer Service Department in managing daily operational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Assist in processing and updating information in the ERP system where applicable.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and service issues.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in a customer service role will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge or experience in an ERP system is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
