Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Services Executive to assist with the current operational requirements in our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with customers, handling service-related inquiries, and supporting internal processes to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and professional responses.
- Support the Customer Service Department in managing daily operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Assist in processing and updating information in the ERP system where applicable.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and service issues.
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a customer service role will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge or experience in an ERP system is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
