Junior Software Developer (CRM Practices)

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer – CRM Practices to support our Salesforce CRM operations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role involves assisting with system configuration, stakeholder support, reporting, and light development work while ensuring smooth day-to-day CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities;

• Support Salesforce users and assist with requirement gathering
• Perform Salesforce configuration and customization
• Manage users, permissions, and data quality
• Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Assist with basic development tasks (Apex, Lightning components)
• Troubleshoot issues and support system enhancements

Requirements;

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience with Salesforce CRM
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Understanding of Salesforce configuration and CRM processes
• Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce architecture
• Strong communication and stakeholder support skills

Preferred;

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
