One of our reputed clients in the FMCG / Food manufacturing industry is seeking experienced Production Team Leaders to supervise production operations, ensure quality standards, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes within the production facility.

SALARY: Negotiable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow within the manufacturing facility.
• Lead and coordinate production staff to achieve operational targets and productivity goals.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food safety standards.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare operational reports.
• Train and guide production staff on operational procedures and safety practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision.
• Prior experience in FMCG or Food manufacturing companies is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage production teams and meet operational deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
