One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Industrial Cleaner for their Hull Treatment Department, to oversee industrial cleaning and surface preparation activities, ensuring safe operations and high-quality cleaning standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise industrial cleaning activities including hull washing, high-pressure water jetting, and surface cleaning operations.
• Allocate tasks to industrial cleaners and ensure work is carried out according to operational procedures.
• Monitor cleaning processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Inspect equipment such as high-pressure pumps, hoses, and cleaning tools to ensure proper functioning.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of cleaning equipment and materials.
• Conduct routine safety checks and enforce safety regulations within the team.
• Maintain work records, cleaning reports, and daily activity logs.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial cleaning or surface preparation supervision.
• Knowledge of high-pressure water jetting, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage daily cleaning operations effectively.
• Basic understanding of industrial safety standards and procedures.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding industrial environments.
