One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Electrical for their Mechanical & Electrical Department, to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities while ensuring safe operations and high-quality technical standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Allocate tasks to electricians and technicians and ensure work is completed according to technical drawings and operational procedures.
• Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Inspect electrical equipment, wiring systems, control panels, and power distribution units for proper installation and operation.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of electrical tools, testing equipment, and materials.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine safety checks and enforce electrical safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and daily work logs.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical supervision, installation, or maintenance in industrial or mechanical environments.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control panels, and industrial electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong team supervision and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding industrial environments.
